Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or from the date you received your delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them

Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@fashionxpo.lk. We will guide you through the process and provide shipping instructions.

- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
No Returns or General Refunds
Please note that Fashion Xpo does not accept returns or offer refunds under general circumstances. All sales are considered final unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@fashionxpo.lk with a photo of the item.

If the same item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund without hesitation
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged item or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Processing Time

Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days and another 2 business days for shipping after receiving the item

Refunds (for damaged or defective items) will be processed within 7 business days
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
